Method

  1. In a pot over the heat, add the milk, sugar, and flour gradually, stirring; when it boils add the vanilla, a piece of butter, and orange blossom water...
  2. When the mixture thickens, remove the pot from the heat; prepare the cups and wet them with water so the mixture won't stick.
