Ingredients :

Milk Pudding :

500 ml milk

or

powdered milk + water

/ 1/4 cup sugar

a pinch of vanilla

3 tablespoons cornstarch

Orange Pudding :

500 ml fresh orange juice

1/4 cup sugar

a pinch of vanilla

3 tablespoons cornstarch

Preparation:

Milk Pudding : Whisk all ingredients together cold, then cook over heat with constant stirring until the mixture thickens well. Pour into serving cups halfway and refrigerate until cooled.

Orange Pudding : Whisk all ingredients together cold, then cook over heat with constant stirring until the mixture thickens, then pour over the cold milk pudding.

Garnish as desired when serving
