Delicious Chocolate Cake
Any dessert that includes dark chocolate will quickly become one of our favorites. This recipe is a complete pairing of cake and ganache, and we recommend trying it because it’s easy and tasty.
Ingredients

- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup butter or (100 g)
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (or more, optional)
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 eggs, room temperature
- Chocolate Ganache
- 1/2 cup cream for whipping
- 150 g dark chocolate

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Place the water, oil, butter, and cocoa in a pot over the heat, stirring until it boils; then remove from heat and set aside to cool
- Put the flour and sugar and mix them with the cinnamon, salt, and baking powder, then add the first mixture and beat all ingredients with an electric mixer
- Add the yogurt, baking soda, eggs, and vanilla and continue beating
- Pour the batter into a pan greased with butter and dusted with flour
- Place the cake pan in a preheated oven at 180°C until it cooks and rises
- Heat the whipping cream on the stove and when it reaches a boil remove it from the heat and add the chocolate
- Stir and pour the ganache over the cake and leave it aside to cool
