Colorful Raffaello Balls

Ingredients

• 3 cups colored shredded coconut
• 2 tablespoons butter at room temperature
• 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 small can sweetened condensed milk (Nestlé)

Method

1. Mix all the ingredients together except the coconut until they are well combined.
2. Shape into small balls, then dip them in colored shredded coconut.
3. Place the colorful Raffaello balls in the refrigerator until they set well.
