Cold Nescafe Cake

Ingredients
Start here, then move straight into the method.
- 2 large tablespoons Nescafé
- 1/2 cup lukewarm water
- 1 liter whipping cream (for desserts)
- 1 can Nestlé sweetened condensed milk
- 2 packs rectangular biscuits
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder for garnish
Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Whip the cream with an electric mixer until thick, then place it in the refrigerator.
- Dissolve the Nescafé in a deep plate with 1/2 cup lukewarm water.
- Add the sweetened condensed milk (Nestlé) to the whipped cream and fold gently from the bottom up so the cream does not deflate.
- Prepare the serving dish. Dip each biscuit into the Nescafé and water mixture for just one second so they do not become soggy, then arrange them side by side in the serving dish.
- Spread the cream over the biscuits and repeat this layering step three times. Then sift the cocoa over the top with a small sieve to decorate the cake.
- Place the cake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving so it is cold and set.Timers: 240 min
