Cold mocha cake... a dessert beyond dreams
Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 1 cup powdered milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 packets caramel custard powder
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee (Nescafé)
- 1 large can of cream (qeemar)
- Middle Layer:
- Plain biscuits (cookies)
- Liquid milk for dipping the biscuits

Method
- Put all ingredients in a pot and whisk well with an electric whisk until everything dissolves and combines.
- Place over the heat, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens.
- Pour half the mixture into a silicone mold or cake pan, then place a layer of biscuits dipped briefly in milk, and pour the remaining mocha mixture over them.
- Let the cake cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least four hours.
- When serving, invert the cold mocha cake onto a serving plate and decorate as desired.
