Ingredients
- 4 cups sifted flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
- A pinch of salt
- 3 tablespoons (or 40 g) melted butter
- 1 cup warm milk
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 egg
- Filling:
- 4 apples, peeled and grated
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons butter at room temperature

Method
- Mix the yeast with the sugar to begin preparing the dough in the first stage.
- When the yeast activates, add the butter and milk and mix; then add the remaining ingredients and flour and knead until the dough is soft.
- Let it rest briefly, then roll it out into a slightly thin rectangle.
- Mix the filling ingredients and spread them over the dough, then roll it up into a log.
- Cut the roll into medium-thickness circles and place the pieces on a baking sheet in a tray, or spray the tray with butter spray.
- Put the tray in the oven at medium heat in the center for 20 minutes or until the dough is cooked through.Timers: 20 min
