Ingredients
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons honey or simple syrup
- 2 teaspoons butter

Method
- Place all ingredients in a small saucepan and whisk together over heat. Stir continuously until smooth and heated through.
- Allow to cool, transfer to a glass jar and refrigerate until ready to use.
- If the syrup thickens in the fridge, warm it for a few seconds in the microwave before serving.
