- 160 grams flour
- 100 grams dark chocolate
- 3 eggs
- 80 grams butter
- 80 grams sugar
- 1 1/3 cups flour
- A little less than 1/2 cup chocolate
- A little less than 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Note:
- It is best to follow this recipe using gram measurements because cup measures are approximate and may vary depending on the type of chocolate and the size of the cup used.
- For the melted chocolate used for decoration:
- Melt the chocolate with a little heavy cream and a little butter.

Method
- Melt the chocolate and butter in the microwave or by bain-marie, i.e., in a water bath.
- Whisk the eggs and sugar well, then gradually add the flour until the mixture is smooth.
- Add the melted chocolate and butter to the egg-and-sugar mixture and mix well with a spoon.
- Pour the batter into muffin tins and place the tray in the oven at 210°C for 20 minutes.
- After the muffins have cooled, cut them open, fill them with fruit, and decorate with melted chocolate
