Chocolate cupcakes... kids' requests for sweets never end... here is an easy recipe they all love!

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • a pinch of vanilla
  • 100 g butter at room temperature
  • 2 1/2 cups flour (minus 2 tablespoons to be replaced with cocoa)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • a pinch of salt

Method

  1. Beat the eggs with the sugar, vanilla and butter until the mixture turns pale
  2. Add the milk, flour and cocoa with a pinch of salt and the baking powder and continue to beat
  3. Pour the cupcake batter into the designated molds
  4. Bake them in the oven for about 20 minutes
  5. Serve the chocolate cupcakes after they have cooled; you can decorate them as desired or leave them plain
