Chocolate chip cookies.... You can delight the kids with this light, tasty treat and delight ourselves too :) The recipe is easy; we hope you feel encouraged to try it

Ingredients:

2 cups flour

2 cups chocolate chips

1 cup butter, softened at room temperature

1/2 cup sugar (preferably fine)

2 eggs

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 teaspoon salt

Preparation method:

Using an electric mixer... beat the butter and sugar until the texture becomes creamy
Then add the eggs and vanilla and beat well until the mixture becomes pale
At that point, start adding the flour in batches, along with the baking soda and salt, and mix with a spoon until all the ingredients are combined
Finally, add the chocolate chips and mix
Shape the cookie dough into small balls
Place them on parchment paper in a baking tray, spacing them apart so they have room to expand while baking
Put them in the middle of the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes or حسب قوة الفرن Serve the chocolate chip cookies at room temperature
