Method
- We separate the yolks from the egg whites, beat the yolks, then add all ingredients except the flour. We mix the ingredients and gradually add the flour to avoid lumps
- Beat the egg whites until foamy, then fold them into the batter and mix with the rest of the cake ingredients
- Preheat the oven and prepare a baking pan. Grease the pan with butter, and dust with a little flour on top of the butter
- Pour the batter into the pan and bake at 350 degrees
- After the cake is done, remove the pan from the oven and let it cool a little before drizzling with chocolate syrup...
- You can use ready-made chocolate syrup or make it at home by mixing equal parts melted chocolate and cream over heat...
- Pour the chocolate syrup over the cake and decorate as desired
