  • 3 eggs
  • half a cup of vegetable oil
  • a cup of flour
  • two tablespoons baking powder
  • a cup of powdered sugar
  • quarter cup water
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa

Method

  1. We separate the yolks from the egg whites, beat the yolks, then add all ingredients except the flour. We mix the ingredients and gradually add the flour to avoid lumps
  2. Beat the egg whites until foamy, then fold them into the batter and mix with the rest of the cake ingredients
  3. Preheat the oven and prepare a baking pan. Grease the pan with butter, and dust with a little flour on top of the butter
  4. Pour the batter into the pan and bake at 350 degrees
  5. After the cake is done, remove the pan from the oven and let it cool a little before drizzling with chocolate syrup...
  6. You can use ready-made chocolate syrup or make it at home by mixing equal parts melted chocolate and cream over heat...
  7. Pour the chocolate syrup over the cake and decorate as desired
