Chocolate Bounty — a homemade recipe!!!!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoons butter at room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons sifted powdered (icing) sugar
  • 1 small can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • For dipping:
  • 300 g chocolate bar, melted in a double boiler

Method

  1. Mix and knead all the ingredients together until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into a log and cut it into small finger-sized pieces.
  3. Dip the Bounty fingers into the melted chocolate.
  4. Arrange the chocolate-coated Bounty on a tray and refrigerate for 1 hour.
    Timers: 60 min
  5. Serve the Chocolate Bounty once the chocolate has set.
