Choco Prince, or the Easy Lazy Cake

Ingredients

• 1 package plain biscuits
• 2 tablespoons dark bitter cocoa
• 2 tablespoons powdered milk
• 1/2 cup melted butter
• 3 tablespoons sugar
• 1/2 cup milk
• Shredded coconut for the top - optional

Method

1. Break the biscuits into large pieces
2. Add all the other ingredients on top of the biscuits and mix
3. Place the mixture on food-grade cling film, sprinkle with desiccated coconut, and roll it into a log
4. Put them in the freezer for about 20 minutes
5. Slice the Choco Prince into medium-thick rounds and serve
