BBQ and honey wings — a taste not to be missed. Here is this tried-and-true, wonderfully tasty recipe for all chicken-wing lovers.

1 kg chicken wings

1/2 cup flour

Paprika

Black pepper

Garlic powder

Cinnamon

Ground hot chili pepper (or to taste)

2 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons ketchup

1 cup BBQ sauce

2 tablespoons olive oil

First, mix the flour with the spices. Coat each wing in the flour-and-spice mixture, turning to cover all sides.
Place the wings on a baking tray brushed with oil, and roast them for about 30 minutes.
When they are cooked, prepare a sauce in a separate bowl by mixing the ketchup, honey, olive oil and BBQ sauce. Stir well, then toss the wings with this mixture.
Return the tray of BBQ-and-honey wings to the oven for about 10 additional minutes.
Serve the wings hot
