- 200 g soft butter
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- Pinch of vanilla
- 2 tablespoons milk
Method
- Whisk the yolks with the sugar until thick and pale...
- In a second bowl, whisk the egg whites with the sugar until stiff. Mix the two mixtures with a wooden spoon and gradually add the flour and cocoa little by little...
- Spread the mixture in a tray lined with parchment paper.. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 15 minutes... Be careful not to leave the cake in the oven too long so it does not become hard...Timers: 15 min
- Roll the cake in a damp towel and let it cool and rest completely... Then carefully unroll the cake and brush it with syrup and cream, then roll it up again..
- Slice the cake, spread it with cream, and top it with chocolate ganache
