Chocolate ice cream or booza with an easy, very refreshing homemade recipe
Ingredients
- 2 packets ready-made whipped cream powder
- A handful of nuts (peanuts, pistachios, almonds, or as desired)
- 1 cup liquid milk
- 5 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 container ready-made clotted cream
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- Chocolate pieces of any kind, as desired
Method
- Whisk the whipped cream powder with the liquid milk for about 5 minutes, then add the cocoa powder and mix.Timers: 5 min
- Add the clotted cream and sweetened condensed milk... and mix the ingredients well with a spoon, then add the chocolate pieces and nuts (amount as desired)
- Pour the mixture into the mold after lining the mold with parchment paper or kitchen plastic wrap so the mixture doesn’t stick to the mold... and so it will be easy to unmold later.
- Place the chocolate ice cream mold in the freezer for 6 hours to a full day until it is fully set.Timers: 360 min
- Unmold it when serving and decorate as desired.
