Blueberry Cheesecake
A tried-and-true, delicious homemade blueberry cheesecake. The secret is the creamy layer — and be sure to chill the cheesecake long enough before serving.

Ingredients
Start here, then move straight into the method.
- Layer One
- 1 packet or pack of crushed Digestive biscuits or regular biscuits as available
- half a stick butter or 2 tablespoons
- half a can Qeemar cream
- Layer Two
- 2 sachets powdered whipping cream
- 1 cup very cold milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 6 Kiri cheese portions
- half a can Qamar cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon jelly powder (optional)
- a very small amount hot water to dissolve the jelly
- juice of half a lemon or orange
- Layer Three
- blueberry jam or strawberry preserves as desired

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Prepare Layer One: mix the crushed biscuits, melted butter and cream, press them into the cups and place them in the freezer for just 15 minutesTimers: 15 min
- Prepare Layer Two: whip the powdered cream with the very cold milk, vanilla and sugar until the cream rises
- Separately: blend the Kiri cheese and cream well in a blender, then add this mixture over the whipped cream and fold gently with a spoon from bottom to top so the whipped cream does not fall
- Dissolve the jelly in a little hot water, add two spoons of the cream mixture to it and stir, then add it to the full amount of cream, add the lemon juice and whip briefly until completely homogeneous
- Spread the cream layer over the biscuit layer, then refrigerate the blueberry cheesecake cups for 3 to 5 hours or overnightTimers: 300 min
- For serving: spread the blueberry or strawberry jam on top
