1 package pasta, 500 g - shape of your choice2 cups grated mozzarella cheese for the top

300 g ground beef2 medium onions, finely chopped3 cloves garlic, finely chopped3 tbsp tomato paste1/4 tsp black pepper1/4 tsp seven-spice1/4 tbsp ginger1/2 tbsp paprika2 tbsp oil1 cup waterBéchamel sauce2 tbsp butter3 tbsp flour3 cups liquid milk2 tbsp cream cheese or cheese triangles - optional1/4 tsp nutmeg1/2 tsp chicken bouillon seasoningPinch of salt
