2 liters milk for curdling1/2 cup vinegar or lemon juice2 cups milk2 tablespoons sugar2 tablespoons cornstarch1/2 teaspoon orange blossom water1/2 teaspoon rose waterPistachio for garnishBaklava or kataifi pastrySoft butterSyrup for soaking the basbousa
