- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup fine semolina
- 1 1/2 cups plain biscuits, ground
- 1/2 cup milk powder
- 1 carton ashta (cream)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- Zein El Zein
Method
- Mix all the ingredients well and pour into a baking tray or small molds such as muffin tins. Place the tray in a preheated oven and bake from the bottom over medium heat for about 15 minutes, then move it to the top to brown...Timers: 15 min
