Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- A pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 bananas (or as needed)
- Honey or chocolate for serving

Method
- Mix all the ingredients together well and whisk until smooth.
- Slice the bananas into rounds.
- In a non-stick pan over the heat, brush a little oil. Dip each banana slice in the batter and place it in the pan, flipping to cook both sides. Or spoon a little batter into the pan, place a banana slice on top, and cover it with a little more batter.
- When the pancake is cooked on the first side, flip it to cook the second side.
- Serve the banana pancakes hot with honey or melted chocolate, or as desired.
- Note: You can substitute chocolate for the banana if you like.
