Banana Biscuit Balls — a super easy and budget-friendly sweet! If you love bananas or have a few overripe ones and don’t know what to do with them, these balls are the perfect solution. You can even serve them to guests!
Ingredients
- 5 medium bananas
- Plain biscuits (any type you prefer)
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- For decoration - optional
Method
- Grind the biscuits finely. In another bowl, use a fork to mash the bananas, then add the cocoa powder and mix the bananas with the cocoa.
- Add the ground biscuits and shredded coconut to the banana mixture as well, and mix well.
- Shape the mixture into small balls.
- Coat the balls with shredded coconut, cocoa powder, melted chocolate, or anything else you like.
- Place the banana biscuit balls in the fridge for a short time to chill, then serve.
