  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder or 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • Salt, to taste

Method

  1. Cut the avocados in half, scoop out the flesh with a spoon, and put it in a blender or an electric mixer with the remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth.
