4 cups milk (full-fat)2 large tins qaimar (clotted cream)1 teaspoon ground mastic mixed with 1 teaspoon sugar3 tablespoons orange blossom water3 tablespoons rose water1 teaspoon vanilla3 cups powdered sugar2 tablespoons salep2 cups pistachios, coarsely chopped

Step 1

Place the milk, salep, sugar, vanilla, and mastic in a saucepan over the heat and stir until the ingredients dissolve well.
