- 1 liter liquid milk
- 7 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon orange blossom water
- 1 tablespoon mastic
- 1 package toasted sandwich bread (toast)
- 2 cups caramelized sugar

- Prepare a baking pan: dip the toast pieces in the caramelized sugar and line them across the bottom of the pan, and set them aside to prepare the milk pudding.
- Method for the milk pudding:
- Place 1 liter of milk on the heat and dissolve the starch in a little water.
- When the milk heats, add the dissolved starch and let them boil, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens.
