Ingredients

  • First layer:
  • 20 Oreo cookies
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • Second layer:
  • 1 or 2 eggs, at room temperature
  • 2 packages Philadelphia cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 12 mini Twix bars, chopped

Method

  1. Start by making the base.... Blend the Oreo cookies in a mixer until completely fine, then mix them with the melted butter
  2. Prepare the second layer using an electric cake mixer: beat the cream cheese until creamy, then add the eggs and vanilla and continue beating; finally add the sugar and sour cream and beat well
  3. Prepare a cupcake tin and line it with paper cups; put 1¼ tablespoons of the Oreo mixture into each cupcake cup and press slightly to compact the first layer at the bottom
  4. Spoon the cream mixture over the Oreo layer, then distribute chopped Twix pieces on top in the cups
  5. Bake the cupcake tray in the oven at a low temperature, 140°C, for 30 minutes
    Timers: 30 min
  6. Remove the mini Twix cheesecakes from the oven and let them cool to room temperature
  7. Chill them in the refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight to cool before serving
