Lazy Cake (No-Bake Chocolate Biscuit Cake)
A super-easy no-bake cake — prepare the chocolate mixture, pour it over crushed biscuits, then chill in the freezer until firm. No oven required!

Ingredients
Start here, then move straight into the method.
- 1 packet plain biscuits or 300 g, broken into small pieces
- Chocolate mixture
- 1 cup heavy cream (pouring cream for desserts)
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 2 small chocolate bars (or 2 squares)
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Put all chocolate mixture ingredients into a saucepan while cold, then heat over medium heat, stirring, until the chocolate melts and the mixture combines.
- When the mixture boils, remove from the heat and let it cool slightly. Pour it over the crushed biscuits and mix well.
- Press the mixture into the desired mold, then freeze for about 4 hours.Timers: 240 min
- Remove the lazy cake a short while before serving to soften slightly and serve.
