Ingredients

- 4 eggs at room temperature
- 1 1/4 cups liquid milk
- 3 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
Method

- Beat the eggs first with an electric mixer for ten minutes, then add the sugar and beat until you get a thick, pale mixture.
- Add the oil and beat, then add the milk and the remaining ingredients except the cocoa.
- When the batter is ready, divide it into two parts. Leave one part plain and add the cocoa to the other, then beat. If it becomes too thick, add a little liquid milk and beat again.
- Grease the pan with a little tahini, then pour in the plain batter and layer the cocoa batter on top.
- Swirl lightly with the tip of a knife to create a nice pattern when sliced.
- Bake the cake in a preheated oven on the middle rack at 180°C for about 45 minutes.Timers: 45 min
- Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool at room temperature before serving.
