Ingredients

- 3 eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 level teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Beat the eggs with the sugar well until the sugar dissolves.
- Add the liquids and whisk, then add the remaining ingredients and beat well until the mixture is uniform.
- Grease the pan with a little tahini and oil.
- Pour the orange-and-butter cake batter into the pan and put it in the oven.
- Place the pan on the middle rack and bake for about 40 minutes at 170°C, watching it as time varies by oven.Timers: 40 min
- Test the cake with a small wooden skewer.
- Let it cool to room temperature before serving.
