Chocolate Cake with Sauce

  • 1 cup liquid milk
  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cups fine sugar
  • 1 cup oil or butter, as desired
  • 6 eggs
  • A pinch of salt
  • 3/4 cup cocoa
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • Chocolate Sauce
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup liquid milk
  • A large piece of butter
  • Method for Preparing the Cake
  • Sift the flour with the baking powder and salt.

Method

Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.

  1. Then add the sugar and beat.
  2. Add the oil and continue beating, then add the milk and flour gradually with the cocoa, continuing to beat well.
  3. Grease the pan with butter, then dust it with flour.
  4. Place the cake pan in the preheated oven and bake at a moderate temperature of about 180°C for about 40 minutes, or until well cooked.

  5. Place the butter, sugar, and cocoa in a saucepan over the heat.
  6. Add the milk and leave them on the heat, stirring constantly.
  7. Pour the chocolate sauce through a strainer for a smooth mixture.
  8. When the cake has cooled, pour the chocolate sauce over it and decorate the cake as desired with nuts.
  9. Beat the eggs with an electric mixer.
