  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee (Nescafe)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup chocolate pieces
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • peeled almonds for garnish, as desired

Method

Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.

  1. Sift the flour with the cocoa
  2. In a saucepan over heat put 1 cup milk, the instant coffee, the butter, the sugar, and the vanilla, and stir until the sugar dissolves
  3. Add the flour and cocoa mixture gradually and stir well for 15 minutes
    Timers: 15 min
  4. Remove the brownie cake mixture from the heat and pour it into a wide dish or Pyrex for serving; let it cool, then place it in the refrigerator
  5. Put the chocolate with the liquid cream in a saucepan over heat until the chocolate melts
  6. Pour the sauce over the brownie cake and spread it evenly
  7. Garnish the brownie cake with almonds and return it to the refrigerator for at least two hours before serving
