  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 large ripe avocado
  • Chocolate chips or pieces
  • 1/2 cup molasses

Method

  1. Beat the egg, molasses, peeled and chopped avocado, and vanilla with an electric mixer
  2. Add the coconut oil and beat
  3. Sift the flour, cocoa, and baking soda together, then add them gradually and fold the mixture with a wooden spoon
  4. Pour the batter into a pan lined with parchment paper and sprinkle chocolate chips on top
  5. Place the pan in the oven at 170°C for about 25 minutes, or according to your oven
