How to Make Apple Cinnamon Cake

Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 4 eggs
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup liquid milk
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of vanilla
- 3 apples
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- For decoration:
- Apple slices
- Ground cinnamon
- Powdered sugar
Method
- Beat the eggs well with the vanilla, then add the sugar and continue beating until it dissolves completely and the mixture turns white
- Add the milk and oil and beat again until the mixture is combined
- Add the sifted flour with the baking powder and salt and beat as well
- Add the peeled, chopped apples and cinnamon and stir by hand from top to bottom
- Grease a cake pan with butter and dust it with flour, then spread the cake batter inside it
- Bake the pan in the middle of a preheated oven at medium heat (170 to 180 degrees Celsius)
- Check the cake after half an hour (and do not open the oven at all before then so the cake does not fall) using a thin wooden skewer, and leave it in the oven for the time needed to cook through depending on the strength of the oven
- Let the apple cinnamon cake cool before decorating with apple slices, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and powdered sugar
