Apple and Cinnamon Cake

Ingredients
Start here, then move straight into the method.
- 3 large apples, or as desired
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 250 grams, equal to 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- Vanilla or lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon mixed with 2 tablespoons sugar

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Beat the eggs, sugar and vanilla well until they thicken... then add the oil, then the flour gradually, then the milk and baking powder and beat
- Pour the batter into a pan greased with oil or butter and dusted with flour
- Cut the peeled apples into thin slices, arrange them on top of the pan and sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on the surface
- Preheat the oven to 250°C.. when you put the pan in the oven reduce the temperature to 180°C
- Leave the pan for about 40 minutes, monitoring, or according to your oven's strengthTimers: 40 min
- Serve the apple and cinnamon cake cold or lukewarm
