Tiger Cake (Striped Cake)

Ingredients

- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 cup butter (200 g)
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 eggs at room temperature
- vanilla
- 1 cup milk
- Chocolate batter, add
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 cup milk

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Mix the flour, salt, and baking powder together in a bowl
- Separately, beat the butter with the sugar until the sugar dissolves, then add the eggs and vanilla while continuing to beat
- Add the milk and the flour mixture and stir with a spoon from top to bottom to obtain a slightly thick mixture, not as loose as regular cake batter
- Take two cups of the cake batter and add cocoa, sugar, and milk to them, then mix
- Grease a pan with a little oil or butter and dust with flour, then start by placing one tablespoon of the white batter in the center followed by one tablespoon of the cocoa batter, alternating like this until both batters are used up... you will notice that the two batters will spread on their own across the pan without needing to place them toward the edges
- Place the pan in the preheated oven on the middle rack at 180°C for 30 minutesTimers: 30 min
- After the time has passed, test the cake with a wooden skewer... if it's done, brown the top slightly
- Serve the tiger cake after it has cooled well
