Ingredients

- 4 cups quick oats, which become soft in 2 minutes
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- 3 cups yogurt
- 250 g butter, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup white sugar + 1/2 cup brown sugar

- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon liquid or powdered vanilla
Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- First, add the baking soda to 1 cup of the yogurt and let it react for a minute.
- Place the oats, flour, baking powder, sugar, and vanilla in a bowl and mix. Then add the reacted baking soda mixture and mix again.
- Add the room-temperature butter, then the remaining yogurt gradually, as well as the chocolate chips, and knead until you have a cohesive dough that is neither too soft nor too firm.
- Shape the oatmeal cookies and place them on baking trays lined with parchment paper.
- Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 to 20 minutes, then brown the top for 1 minute as well.Timers: 20 min, 1 min
- Let them cool well before serving.
