Honey Oat Cookies — delicious
Ingredients
Start here, then move straight into the method.
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 1/2 cups oats
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cup chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup butter

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- First, mix the dry ingredients...
- Separately whisk the egg, honey and vanilla together, then gradually add them to the dry ingredients.
- Turn the resulting dough out onto a clean surface, flatten it slightly, then shape into small rounds.
- Place the rounds on a baking sheet lined with parchment and put into a preheated oven at medium temperature for 10 minutes, watching closely.Timers: 10 min
- Brown the tops of the cookies for 2 minutes.Timers: 2 min
- Allow the cookies to cool completely before serving. Store any leftovers in a sealed glass jar to keep them fresh.
