Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 10 pitted dates
  • 1 apple
  • 1 banana
  • 1 orange
  • honey
  • raw almonds and cashews
  • qarisha cream or qeemar (clotted cream) - optional, to taste
  • You can omit the cream if you're following a diet.
  • You can add a sprinkle of oats for extra texture and healthy sweetness

Method

  1. Cut the fruits and dates into medium-sized pieces.
  2. Place the fruits in the serving bowl with the dates.
  3. Add the chilled cream, then garnish with nuts and then drizzle honey on the top. Note:
