No-Bake Caramel Custard.. a light, clean dessert that does not take much time and costs very little

Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup liquid milk
  • 1 can cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla
  • 1 packet caramel custard mix
  • 1/2 cup sugar for the caramel sauce

Method

  1. Place the sugar for the caramel sauce in a saucepan over low heat until it turns into caramel, then pour it into serving glasses.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together, place them in a saucepan over medium heat, and stir continuously until the mixture is almost at the boiling point. As soon as we see the sides beginning to rise, turn off the heat.
  3. Once the mixture reaches room temperature, pour it into the serving glasses where we have already distributed the caramel.
  4. Place the caramel custard in the refrigerator for four hours or overnight, then invert the glass onto a plate when serving.
