Ingredients
- 1 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 6 egg whites
- 1 sachet or 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Green food coloring (optional)
- 500 g shredded coconut

Method
- Put the butter in a bowl and add the sugar, egg whites, vanilla, and coconut; mix well and stir until the coconut cookie dough is homogeneous.
- Divide the dough into two parts: color the first part green and leave the second part white.
- Form the coconut into balls and place them on parchment paper on a tray or on a lightly greased baking sheet.
- Put the coconut balls into the oven; they will spread slightly. Place the tray on the cooling rack.
- When the balls are slightly colored on the bottom and top, remove them from the oven.
- Let the white and colored coconut balls cool at room temperature before serving.
