Banana Biscuit Balls

Banana Biscuit Balls — a super easy and budget-friendly sweet! If you love bananas or have a few overripe ones and don’t know what to do with them, these balls are the perfect solution. You can even serve them to guests!

  • 5 medium bananas
  • Plain biscuits (any type you prefer)
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • For decoration - optional

Method

Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.

  1. Grind the biscuits finely. In another bowl, use a fork to mash the bananas, then add the cocoa powder and mix the bananas with the cocoa.
  2. Add the ground biscuits and shredded coconut to the banana mixture as well, and mix well.
  3. Shape the mixture into small balls.
  4. Coat the balls with shredded coconut, cocoa powder, melted chocolate, or anything else you like.
  5. Place the banana biscuit balls in the fridge for a short time to chill, then serve.
