Ingredients
- 200 g plain biscuits, crushed or ground
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 2 cups caramel sauce
- Shredded coconut for coating the balls
- Caramel sauce:
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups fresh cream
- 1 tablespoon butter

Method
- Place the sugar in a nonstick pan and let it caramelize without stirring.
- Add the cream and mix well, then add the butter until it melts.
- When the caramel reaches the desired consistency after a few minutes, turn off the heat.
- Mix the crushed biscuits with the caramel sauce and shredded coconut until well combined.
- Shape into small balls.
- Coat the balls in shredded coconut, then refrigerate long enough for them to set and chill before serving
