Ingredients

  • 200 g plain biscuits, crushed or ground
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 2 cups caramel sauce
  • Shredded coconut for coating the balls
  • Caramel sauce:
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Method

  1. Place the sugar in a nonstick pan and let it caramelize without stirring.
  2. Add the cream and mix well, then add the butter until it melts.
  3. When the caramel reaches the desired consistency after a few minutes, turn off the heat.
  4. Mix the crushed biscuits with the caramel sauce and shredded coconut until well combined.
  5. Shape into small balls.
  6. Coat the balls in shredded coconut, then refrigerate long enough for them to set and chill before serving
