Easy Milk Cake

Ingredients

- Lemon zest
- 4 eggs
- A small pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla extract
- 1½ cups sugar
- ¾ cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 3 cups flour
Method

- Beat the eggs with the lemon zest, salt, and vanilla well.
- Add the sugar and beat again until the mixture turns pale and the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Add the oil and milk and beat until the mixture is uniform.
- Sift the dry ingredients and gradually add them to the milk-cake batter, folding gently from top to bottom.
- Pour the batter into a pan greased with oil or tahini and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 45 minutes or until done.Timers: 45 min
