Chocolate Cupcakes

Ingredients

- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- a pinch of vanilla
- 100 g butter at room temperature
- 2 1/2 cups flour (minus 2 tablespoons to be replaced with cocoa)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- a pinch of salt
Method

- Beat the eggs with the sugar, vanilla and butter until the mixture turns pale
- Add the milk, flour and cocoa with a pinch of salt and the baking powder and continue to beat
- Pour the cupcake batter into the designated molds
