Ingredients
- First layer:
- 250 g butter
- 5 packs plain biscuits, or as needed
- Second layer:
- 2 packets powdered whipped cream
- Half a can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can clotted cream
- 1 cup cold milk
- 2 sheets gelatin
- 5 pieces any type of cream cheese
- Third layer:
- 1 package Jello

Method
- We start by making the first layer of biscuits and butter. Grind the biscuits until fine, then add the melted butter and mix well.
- Press the biscuit mixture into the bottom of a cheesecake pan and place it in the freezer.
- Whip the cream with the cold liquid milk. In another bowl, mash the cream cheese and add the half can of sweetened condensed milk and the can of clotted cream, then mix well with the whipped cream.
- In a third bowl, soak the gelatin sheets in half a cup of boiling water and stir well.
- Drain off the water, then add the dissolved gelatin to the cream cheese, condensed milk, clotted cream, and whipped cream mixture, and whisk everything together for 2 minutes.Timers: 2 min
- Spread the mixture over the biscuit layer and place the pan in the refrigerator again.
- Prepare the Jello according to the instructions on the package. Let it cool to room temperature, then pour it over the pan.
- Refrigerate the cheesecake tray for at least 2 hours and serve when it has set and is well chilled.Timers: 120 min
