Knafeh Semolina Filling (Fark)
A simple homemade semolina filling for knafeh you can prepare ahead and store. When you need knafeh, the filling is ready to use.

Ingredients

- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups fine semolina (rava)
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon orange blossom water
- 3 tablespoons water

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Melt the butter in a pot over the heat.. then add the milk.. and let it come to a simmer
- When it simmers, turn off the heat and add the semolina flour, sugar, orange blossom water, and water and knead well
- Spread the dough in a tray and put it in the oven until it dries completely.. without browning at all
- Grind it in a food processor or electric blender to obtain the knafeh semolina filling (fark)
