Sweet Crepe Fettuccine

Fettuccine, but not with pasta this time—made with crepes instead, topped with crushed biscuits and chocolate... You can also serve it with fruit or ice cream. So good!

Crepe fettuccine .. yes, sweet fettuccine made from crepes! All it takes is a small detail in the way it is served, and the recipe can be transformed into something even more appealing

Ingredients

Start here, then move straight into the method.

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 cups liquid milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • Topping
  • coarsely crushed biscuits

Method

Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.

  1. Mix the ingredients with an electric blender or a hand whisk until well combined
  2. Place the batter in the fridge for half an hour to rest
  3. Then strain the mixture to get rid of any lumps, then start cooking
  4. Put a small amount of the batter in a nonstick pan and spread it into a thin, round bread-like disc
  5. When the first side is browned, flip the crepe to the other side, and continue until all the batter is used up
  6. Stack all the crepes on top of one another, then sprinkle with coarsely crushed biscuits
  7. Roll the crepes into a log, then cut into medium-thick slices to get long strips of crepe
  8. Separate the strips from one another and place them in a serving dish
  9. To serve, melt Lotus spread with white chocolate or brown chocolate and drizzle them in crisscrossing lines over the crepe strips, then sprinkle with biscuits on top or decorate with fruit or ice cream as desired
