  • 1 kg boneless chicken
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 2 green bell peppers
  • 3 dry onions
  • 2 cups fresh mushrooms
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Salt
  • Fajita seasoning
  • (If fajita seasoning is not available, you can prepare our own mix consisting of: black pepper, white pepper, a pinch of ground ginger, ground cinnamon.)
  • Sauce ingredients to accompany the fajitas
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • How to prepare the sauce

Method

Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.

  1. Wash the chicken well and slice it lengthwise into strips.
  2. Place the chicken in a wide skillet over the heat with a little vegetable oil. Stir the chicken until it releases its juices and dries. In another skillet, fry the dry onion sliced lengthwise; when the onion softens add the green and red peppers sliced lengthwise, then add the sliced mushrooms. When the vegetables are cooked add the chicken and cook gently with the vegetables for a while, then add the spices and the cheese.
