  • 1 cup fresh lemon or orange juice
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 8 tablespoons custard powder
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients well together until the mixture is smooth and combined.
  2. Grease a baking tray with oil and pour in the mixture.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C on the middle rack for 25 to 30 minutes.
